The SWADRP is a non-political, non-profit social organization and has been working for the
upliftment of the most marginalized and oppressed section of the society since its inception
in the year 1995-96 with a few handfuls of energetic and enthusiastic youth the various social
program was undertaken to establish the structure of the organizational activities within the
village. As it is a rural-based organization the organized youth power seemed to be undermined
for a greater reason at primary impact of cohesion but gradually it goes beyond comprehension
of social solidarity. It was focused to from the community to encourage every distressed woman
and child to grow in health, peace education and dignity. So it was considered to extend the
programmes for its sustainability which can have an impact on the community. The partnership
with other agencies was built to undertake the great mission in implementation to uphold the
effort in social interest.
