There is a saying that,” One grain has to bury itself alive to give birth to a corn field, by burying itself the grain does not die, rather it gives birth to a new crop field” . Our motherland today, strive that type of perishable grain, who dedicates self to bring an upward qualitative change in the standard of living and quality of life of the downtrodden, vulnerable and poorest of the poor. Over and above, we appreciate the commitment and endeavors of the staffs of the organization, and thank a lot to the community people of our operational area, civil society organizations, District administration, and line departments for their timely support and cooperation.
It's both my privilege and duty to advocate for values, particularly the profound mission of promoting gender equality and universal respect. In my journey, I've seen education's illuminating power. However, it's vital to understand that genuine knowledge extends beyond textbooks, it encompasses treating all with the respect they deserve. Through kindness, empathy and respect we ignite a ripple effect that reaches beyond us. I firmly believe every individual contributes to a society where gender is no barrier to opportunity. Let's shine as ‘Leaders’ revealing that education and success gain true value when accompanied by humility.
SWADRP is a registered voluntary organisation committed to contribute for the socio-economic upliftment of deprived and marginal sections in Orissa. The organisation is a platform of youths, community leaders and social workers, who came together in 1996 and established SWADRP with an objective to create an atmosphere for egalitarian society, equity and development of youths, women and other backward sections through skill development programmes and building confidence for participatory development approach. Since inception, SWADRP is instrumental in Knowledge development and capacity building. It undertakes awareness programmes.
